2018 Ladies Offroad Convention:
Thursday - August 2, 2018:
- Arrive at Salt Lake City Airport, or drive into specified hotel location. Please be checked in no later than 3:00pm.
- 10:00am - 11:30am - Top 10 Gathering (special invite required)
- 12:00pm - 3:30pm - Check-in with How-To Stations
- 3:30pm - 4:30pm - Opening Ceremonies
- 4:30pm - 6:00pm - Optional Activity
- 6:00pm - Dinner, Guest Speaker, Evening Activities and SKITTLE Themed Party
Friday - August 3, 2018:
- 6:00am - Breakfast Bar
- 7:30am - 5:15pm - Educational Seminars with Break for Lunch
- 5:15pm - 6:45pm - Optional Activity
- 7:00pm - Dinner, Guest Speaker, Evening Activities and PJ's Themed Party
Saturday - August 4, 2018:
- 7:00am - Breakfast Bar
- 9:00am -10:30am - Offroad Style
- 11:00am - Leave Hotel for Adventure
- Est 11:00pm - Return to Hotel from Adventure
- (Yes, it's a long day, but it will be worth it!)
Sunday - August 5, 2018:
- 7:00am - Breakfast Bar
- 8:00am - 8:45am - Planning meeting for Charity Activity
- 9:00am - 12:00pm - Brunch with Activities
- 12pm - Hotel Checkout
- 1:00pm - 4:00pm - Charity Activity with Lunch
Flights to Salt Lake City International Airport will have ground transportation supplied by the event to the hotel and back.
Please book flights to arrive by below times on Thursday so we can pick you up and get you checked in by 3pm.
> SLC - Arrive at Latest by 1:30pm
*Note: These times do not allow you time to participate in the Thursday Stations. These are the Latest Times to arrive for transportation.
Please book flights to leave after below times on Sunday, so you can enjoy a great morning and get to your flight on time.
> SLC - Depart at Earliest by 3:00pm
To participate in the Sunday Optional Activity, please book your flights later in the evening.
> SLC - Depart at Earliest by 7:00pm
*We ask that you either commit or leave before the charity event. We don't want to interrupt the charity program with goodbyes.
Hotel group rates will be available if you need to stay an extra night before or after the event. Please communicate with us so we can help coordinate your room and transportation to or from the airport.

Please plan on arriving by 2:30pm at the latest to get you checked in by 3pm. This is the latest time, it does not allow you to participate in the Thursday station activities.
Please plan on leaving after 12:30pm.
To participate in the Sunday Optional Activity, please plan on leaving after 4:30pm.

There is no need to drive or bring your 4x4 vehicle, unless that is your driver. We will supply vehicles and transportation as necessary.
