Schedule - Subject to Change

Preliminary Schedule that will change and be enhanced over the course of time and event announcements:

2019 Ladies Offroad Convention:

Wednesday - July 31, 2019:

  • Consider Arriving at Atlanta Airport, or drive into specified hotel location the day before.
  • Casual Evening Reception (not hosted)

Thursday - August 1, 2019:

  • Arrive at Atlanta Airport, or drive into specified hotel location. Please be checked in no later than 12:00pm.
  • 10:00am - Start Time!

Friday - August 2, 2019:

  • Educational Seminars

Saturday - August 3, 2019:

  • Adventure Day
  • 1st Annual Gala

Sunday - August 4, 2019:

  • 8:00am - 8:45am - Planning meeting for Charity Activity
  • 9:00am - 12:00pm - Brunch with Activities
  • 12pm - Hotel Checkout
  • 1:00pm - 4:00pm - Optional Charity Activity with Lunch

 

Flight Information

Flights to Atlanta International Airport (ATL) will have ground transportation supplied by the event to the hotel and back.

Please book flights to arrive by below times on Thursday so we can pick you up and get you checked in by 1pm.
> ATL  - Arrive at Latest by 12:00pm (noon)
*Note: These times do not allow you time to have much time to participate in the Thursday Stations.  These are the Latest Times to arrive for transportation.

> Suggestion is to arrive in ATL on Wednesday anytime.  

 

Please book flights to leave after below times on Sunday, so you can enjoy a great morning and get to your flight on time.
> ATL - Depart at Earliest by 3:00pm

To participate in the Sunday Optional Activity, please book your flights later in the evening.
> ATL - Depart at Earliest by 7:00pm   
*We ask that you either commit or leave before the charity event. We don't want to interrupt the charity program with goodbyes.  

 

Hotel group rates will be available if you need to stay an extra night before or after the event. Please communicate with us so we can help coordinate your room and transportation to and from the airport.

Driving Information

Specific Hotel Information will be Released Soon.

Use the Atlanta Airport as your driving location for now.

Please plan on arriving by 12:00pm at the latest to get you checked in by 1pm.  This is the latest time, it does not allow you to participate in the Thursday station activities.

Please plan on leaving after 12:30pm on Sunday.

To participate in the Sunday Optional Activity, please plan on leaving after 4:30pm.

There is no need to drive or bring your 4x4 vehicle, unless that is your driver. We will supply vehicles and transportation as necessary.
